- Guarantee pay equity for all women
- Protect women against domestic abuse and violence
- Eliminate discrimination in insurance benefits for women
- Support women returning to the workforce
- Promote ratification of the equal rights amendment
- Educate women on issues such as health related concerns, professional development, and personal growth
- Provide educational opportunities to women and eliminate educational stereotyping
- Eliminate all forms of discrimination against women
- Endorse qualified women for public office and policy-making positions.
- Increase awareness of the economic contributions of working women
- Provide women with equal rights under Social Security
- Extend further educational opportunities to women
